Our SPS universal replacement panel is put up against 75+ quality control inspections taking place throughout the entire manufacturing process to ensure a quality product.

SPS Panels are built from extremely high-grade materials that are proven to last in all types of weather, delivering a life expectancy of 15-20 years. The collectors are constructed in a “tube and web” design which separates each individual round tube by a thin strip or “web”. This design allows for the normal expansion and contraction that occurs due to thermal heating and cooling, extending life expectancy. Each panel is constructed from 8 individual plates that are thermally-welded and insert-molded. A direct, metered manifold delivers a balanced flow through the collector preventing hot-spots.

Panels sold as bare product. The following hardware kits are available to assist installation:

Panel Kit (ASIN: B07NP7T9J5) One (1) kit per panel. Contains the parts necessary for installing a panel to a supporting surface and making water connections from one panel to another. Row Kit (ASIN: B07MQ2KBMF) One (1) kit for each row / bank of panels. Contains the parts necessary for making water connections from a row of panels to the systems supply and return lines. Also aids in gravity drainage of the panels and piping. Polyester Hold Down Strap (ASIN:B01HZYA1H0) Fastens solar panels to a supporting surface keeping them secure during periods of higher winds.

*Reusing old hardware has been shown to damage new solar collectors. For warranty coverage to apply, all panels must be installed with new hardware.
